History
Our roots trace back to the early days of internet radio, long before platforms like Pandora and Spotify existed.
This vision is brought to life by Erik Wilhelm Sturm, whose passion for music and dedication to giving unheard artists a platform inspired him to create a PBS/indie-style outlet for independent musicians. In 2007, he launched Bohemio Radio, which grew to a global audience of over 600,000 listeners. The station provided independent artists worldwide with the exposure they deserved while offering listeners a unique stream of eclectic and avant-garde sounds, building both a community and a celebration of musical diversity.
